“The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ, moves on.”

The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyam (trans. Edward Fitzgerald, 1859)

Most of my work is a result of using stitchery and mixed media textile art to interpret prose poetry and folklore.  I am particularly inspired by the legend, landscape and people of my native Wales.  Recently have found myself drawn to the concept of geopoetics as it fits in so well with my current practice of finding ways to map metaphysical features of landscape through repeated walked journeys.  In the gallery are images from my most recent exhibitions and projects.
