“The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ, moves on.”
The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyam (trans. Edward Fitzgerald, 1859)
I come from a family of wordsmiths and writers: my mother wrote the sort of poetry that would have found favour with Vogons, my elder sister writes a successful blog called At home in the hills . My first book ‘A History of Llansantffraid’ was appeared in 1999 and my second ‘Paper Dolls and Coconut Mushrooms’ was published by Leaf Publications in 2006. Between 2005 and 2008 I was a regular contributor of articles to The Bevan Foundation Review and also wrote book reviews for Permaculture magazine. I am currently working on a book of useful things that people with multiple strands to creative practice might want to know and you can find excerpts under ‘My Approach’ under the ‘About’ tab.
